Yes. Sign up on fairappeal.com. Enrollment is completed on the website, including when documents arrive by email. The website signup is what opens the case so FairAppeal can own the process from filing through resolution.

What if I missed this year’s deadline?

You can still sign up for monitoring. We cannot file a retroactive appeal for a closed cycle. There is no charge to be monitored, and you are billed only if we later produce savings.

What if I already filed this cycle?

Most jurisdictions allow only one appeal per property per cycle. If you have already filed, we should not file a duplicate. FairAppeal reviews existing filings before submitting so a second appeal is not created for the same cycle.

What happens after I sign up?

After you sign up on fairappeal.com, FairAppeal owns the process from filing through resolution. You are contacted only if something is required. You can follow progress in your account. Website signup is required. Enrollment is completed on the website, including when documents arrive by email.
