Can I use FairAppeal if my house is in a trust?

Yes. A property held in a trust can use FairAppeal like any other home. We use the owner name on the county record, which will show the trust.

The trustee authorizes the appeal. On a signature line, sign as “[Your Name], Trustee.” If the county requests proof, a copy of the trust certification page is typically enough.
