If you received a letter, use the link or code on the mailer. Emailed documents, mailed authorizations, or paper packets are not a substitute, especially near a filing deadline. If you have already emailed materials, complete the online signup so your case can be processed.

The code in a sign-in email is for you to enter on the site. If you have trouble logging in, use password reset or contact hello@fairappeal.com.
