FairAppeal

Why use a property tax appeal agent?

FairAppeal reviews whether an appeal is supported, prepares the case, handles filing and communications, and represents you through the process. You provide your property details and relevant information; our team handles the core appeal work. A reduction is not guaranteed.

FairAppeal combines assessment analysis, evidence preparation, filing, and representation. Our team evaluates property records, comparable sales, and relevant information you provide, then decides whether the material supports a case. Our role also includes deciding how the information supports the case, explaining it clearly, and managing professional communications with the assessing office and appeal body. You do not have to learn the process and manage each stage yourself.

You do not need to assemble the full appeal yourself. Our team may ask for information about your property that is not available in public records. If we decide not to file, we explain why and you pay nothing.

FairAppeal charges 25% of the first year's property tax savings from a successful appeal. There is no upfront fee and no charge if we produce no savings. A reduction is not guaranteed. Enrollment renews annually so we can continue monitoring assessments; a new appeal is only pursued when our review supports one. You can cancel by contacting our team.
