3. FairAppeal goes to work for you

From there, FairAppeal owns the process for you from filing through resolution.

4. Savings

When we win, your assessed value is lowered. How that appears on your tax bill depends on your local tax authority. FairAppeal costs 25% of the savings we produce, and savings that continue after that first year stay yours.
