All we need to begin is your property address and a few minutes to confirm your details. There are no upfront costs and no obligation. You only pay if we save you money.
2. Share relevant info
The more context we have on your property, the stronger the case we can build. Anything that helps tell the full story is welcome: a recent appraisal, a settlement statement from a recent purchase, contractor estimates for property damage, or photos of significant condition issues. You can upload everything through your dashboard, and our team will reach out if there is something specific we need.
3. FairAppeal goes to work for you
From there, we handle the end to end process. Our team builds your case, files the appeal, and represents you all the way through the hearing. You do not need to attend.
4. Savings
When we win, your assessed value is lowered and money goes back in your pocket. Depending on how you pay your property taxes, that shows up as a reduced escrow payment, a refund, or a credit on a future bill. Our fee is a percentage of your first year's savings, and everything after that is yours to keep.
