Email hello@fairappeal.com or use your account, and include your property address. If we have not filed yet, we cancel at no charge.

Yes. FairAppeal enrollment renews automatically each year so we can keep monitoring your assessments and other ways to save. You are only billed if we produce savings.

When does FairAppeal bill me?

FairAppeal bills after a successful reduction is confirmed. The county decision is the official record, and payment is due once that decision is in place. There is no charge if we do not file, withdraw, or produce no savings. A refund or escrow adjustment often appears before the website reflects the new value.

Why did I get a FairAppeal invoice?

FairAppeal sends an invoice after a confirmed reduction on a property in our records. The fee is 25 percent of the savings produced. There is no charge if we do not file, withdraw, or produce no savings. County websites often still show the old value when the invoice arrives.
